If we are going to get into listing the preconditions that should be necessary, the most important preconditions that aren't included but should be: one is recognizing Israel's right to exist as a Jewish State; two, ensuring a demilitarized Palestinian State; and three, recognizing Jerusalem as the rightful capital of Israel.
