Mr. Speaker, I now yield 3 minutes to the gentlewoman from Ohio (Ms. Kaptur). She and I traveled to Ukraine together many years ago on my first trip there. She is also the cochair of the Ukrainian Caucus and has long been an advocate for a free and independent Ukraine.
