I think unlike in the Balkans in the 1990s when Members of Congress like yourself were providing leadership on the issue, it is very clear from the debate that we had 2 months ago here in Congress about whether to authorize the use of force by President Obama in Syria, Congress is not going to be pushing for more forceful action in Syria.
