One of our first duties of government is to protect its citizens and the Goldman Act does just that.

Our Government should be demanding, not asking, that Nadia be returned.

I urge Members of Congress to ensure that the Department of State finds Japan non-compliant and that sanctions are imposed under the Goldman Act.

The rate of abductions is growing at an alarming, exponential rate, and we really need to address this.

That is basically opening the door for any parent to come and say, 'I am abused,' and the child never returns.
