I am honored to join you, and I am humbled by the confidence that the people of the 11th Congressional District of New York have placed in me. I want to thank all of my volunteers and supporters for helping me get here. I want to thank my family for everything that they have done for me. I promise to make all of them proud of my representation of them here as a Member of the greatest legislative body in the world. ____________________
