I hope we can make an announcement later this morning. I thank my colleagues for their good work on getting this momentous piece of legislation near the finish line. I yield the floor. I suggest the absence of a quorum. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will call the roll. The legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
