The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 3642) to award a Congressional gold medal to the 369th Infantry Regiment, commonly known as the ``Harlem Hellfighters'', in recognition of their bravery and outstanding service during World War I. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
