I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to S. Res. 175, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 175) recognizing the importance of the 70th anniversary of the signing of the mutual defense treaty between the United States and the Republic of Korea on October 1, 1953. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
