The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 1278) to designate the Federal building located at 985 Michigan Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, as the ``Rosa Parks Federal Building'', and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Environment and Public Works.
