Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn under the provisions of S. Res. 765, to then convene for pro forma sessions only, with no business being conducted, on the following dates and times: Monday, July 15, at 11:15 a.m.; Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m.; Monday, July 22, at 11:30 a.m.; further, that when the Senate adjourns on Monday, July 22, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23; that on Tuesday, following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning business be closed; following the conclusion of morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Way nomination; further, that the confirmation vote on the Kiko nomination be at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and that if the nomination is confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action; further, that the cloture motions filed during today's session ripen on Wednesday, July 24.
