What I would like to do is get a time. I was assured, when I brought this amendment up last time, that we would get a vote on it. The regular order is still our amendment. We departed from it to do many other things. I want to get that assurance before the cloture vote tomorrow, that I get a set time when we can do that, which Senator Grassley assured me of, as I can read here in the Record.
