If my colleague will briefly yield, again, I thank him, as I have before, for his leadership, for his steadfastness. This is not an easy issue. This is not one where you can go home and make a stem-winder of a speech. It is not a crowd pleaser, but it is necessary. His leadership on this has been top of the line, and I thank him for it and hopefully we can work together and get a law.
