I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 272, S. 195. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 195) to provide compensation to the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community for the taking without just compensation of land by the United States inside the exterior boundaries of the L'Anse Indian Reservation that were guaranteed to the Community under a treaty signed in 1854, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
