I am pleased that we have finally come to this point. This amendment makes a series of conforming and technical changes. It strikes provisions that the Parliamentarian advised were extraneous. It makes a series of perfecting changes on behalf of reconciled committees while preserving the will that the Senate has worked over this long day.
