I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 271, S. 2524. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 2524) to amend the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to exclude certain payments to aged, blind, or disabled Alaska Natives or descendants of Alaska Natives from being used to determine eligibility for certain programs, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
