I ask unanimous consent that at 6:10 p.m., the Senate proceed to a vote in relation to the Coburn amendment No. 521; that all other provisions of the previous order with respect to the Coburn amendment remain in effect; that upon disposition of the Coburn amendment, the managers' amendment, which is at the desk, be agreed to; that following the disposition of the managers' amendment, the Senate proceed to vote on adoption of the resolution, as amended; that there be no other amendments and no other motions or points of order in order to the resolution other than budget points of order and the applicable motions to waive; further, that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table; and that Mr. Coburn, the Senator from Oklahoma, be given 5 minutes to speak on his amendment just before the vote.
