I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 799, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 799) designating October 5, 2022, as ``Energy Efficiency Day'' in celebration of the economic and environmental benefits that have been driven by private sector innovation and Federal energy efficiency policies. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
