“Mr. President, reclaiming my time, I have a great deal of respect for my colleague from Wyoming, but he has not answered the question and it is obvious why, because the Republican Party and all 42 members care as much or more about giving a $100,000 tax break to someone whose income is $1 million as they care to give a small tax break to somebody whose income is $50,000.
