The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 4254) to amend the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 to clarify a provision relating to certain contents of registrations under that Act. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
