Melroy, of New York, to be Deputy Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration; Richard W. Spinrad, of Oregon, to be Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere; Matthew T. Quinn, of Montana, to be Under Secretary of Veterans Affairs for Memorial Affairs; Tanya Marie Trujillo, of New Mexico, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior; and Chris Inglis, of Maryland, to be National Cyber Director (New Position). Thereupon, the Senate proceeded to consider the nominations en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
