I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration Calendar No. 64, S. 310. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 310) to establish an advisory group to encourage and foster collaborative efforts among individuals and entities engaged in disaster recovery relating to debris removal, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
