As my colleague from New York, Senator Gillibrand, knows, and Senators Menendez and Lautenberg from New Jersey, we are naked in heavily populated areas after the storm. This storm was huge. But you would have to be foolish to think there won't be another one, and we need the Army Corps. They are brilliant in the way they are able to protect our coasts. So this needs to be done.…”
