Finally, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning business be closed; following the conclusion of morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Small nomination postcloture; further, that all time be considered expired at 11:30 a.m., and following the cloture vote on the Hidalgo nomination, the Senate recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings; further, notwithstanding rule XXII, at 2:15 p.m., the Senate vote on cloture on the Evanson nomination; that the Senate recess from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. to allow for the all-Senators briefing; that at 4:30 p.m., if cloture has been invoked on the Hidalgo or Evanson nominations, that all time be considered expired and the Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations in the order in which cloture was invoked; finally, if any nominations are confirmed during Tuesday's session, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
