The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 6023) to require the United States Postal Service to continue selling the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp until all remaining stamps are sold, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
