Senators of goodwill on both sides want to finish the bipartisan infrastructure bill before the August recess. But in order to finish the bill, we first need to agree to start. That`s the first step. Let`s all agree to start. That`s what this week`s vote is about. And I hope my Republican colleagues will join us in beginning debate.
