Austin T. Fragomen is chairman emeritus of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, a global immigration law firm based in New York City with more than 60 offices worldwide. He began his legal career over five decades ago as counsel on the House subcommittee on immigration, citizenship, and international law.
