I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 619, S. 2708. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 2708) to provide for greater consultation between the Federal Government and the governing bodies and community users of land grant-mercedes in New Mexico, to provide for a process for recognition of the historic- traditional uses of land grant-mercedes, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
