I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 774. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 774) designating September 2022 as National Democracy Month as a time to reflect on the contributions of the system of government of the United States to a more free and stable world. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
