The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 774) designating September 2022 as National Democracy Month as a time to reflect on the contributions of the system of government of the United States to a more free and stable world. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
