It seems contradictory that, while we all want to advance balanced policies that help promote the economy, and balance our need to protect the environment, that we are bringing forward, what I would describe as an onerous regime under the EPA.

I appreciate those responses. And to be clear, even the vision that I am laying out here requires the world's strongest military as a deterrent to those who would do us harm.
Would EPA be willing to meet with these environmental leaders to discuss the Agency's reasoning behind its Hudson River dredging decision?
I urge each of you as Members of Congress to remember that we have a choice in America to import labor or import food.
