Would EPA be willing to meet with these environmental leaders to discuss the Agency's reasoning behind its Hudson River dredging decision?

I wholeheartedly agree with your recommendation number 7 in the report that says the Army must continue to treat readiness as its most important funding priority.

I appreciate those responses. And to be clear, even the vision that I am laying out here requires the world's strongest military as a deterrent to those who would do us harm.
