Medicaid spending is in my mind, an unsustainable path, ballooning more than 360 percent over the last two decades.

If $1 billion right now came in New York State and Federal taxpayer money through an infrastructure bill, 10 percent of that would be peeled off because of the Scaffold Law, $1 million would be essentially wasted.

Studies have indicated that the Scaffold Law adds approximately 8 to 10 percent to the cost of construction in New York State.

You do agree that the Federal Government has a duty to ensure taxpayer dollars are not used for illegal harvesting of fetal tissue?
