I'm concerned about--I have a very rural area--access and it's exactly what we're seeing, that the private practices are being bought up for one sole purpose and that's so the DSH hospitals can cheat.

I think we are here today really talking about unintended consequences. And there is no perfect solution.

I categorically reject that. Either your entire organization is incompetent... or they are complicit at the highest levels in a massive coverup that continues today.
