I'm concerned about--I have a very rural area--access and it's exactly what we're seeing, that the private practices are being bought up for one sole purpose and that's so the DSH hospitals can cheat.

I think there's lessons learned in that, when you're good stewards of taxpayer money, the taxpayers expect a level of scrutiny at least consistent with what big banks do when they make loans.

while they apparently negotiated a significant settlement, it in fact did not reimburse the Federal Government for 20 years of egregious behavior which I would say was deliberate.
