I'm concerned about--I have a very rural area--access and it's exactly what we're seeing, that the private practices are being bought up for one sole purpose and that's so the DSH hospitals can cheat.

Seven billion dollars would fully fund Zika. Seven billion dollars on top of that would rebuild 5,000 bridges in America.
