Isn't training on the job the best training? It's been shown over and over again that employers who hire somebody and then train somebody, that's what really advances work more than--we've had lots of job training programs, I've supported many of them, where they train people for jobs and the jobs don't exist or they can't work out in the job--someone on the job.
