I am distressed about the future because there is no funding, there is really no Federal program and housing is so expensive.

The only Federal program that is out there now is the Housing Trust Fund, and even that is a limited one.

Do you think that is a fair outcome?

This makes no sense and threatens to raise borrowing costs for municipalities across this country.
