Enough is enough.

This data demonstrates clearly why Congress must pass H.R. 3 to grant Medicare the power to negotiate lower drug prices for patients.

It is the American thing to do, we ought to do. We ought to pass this bill.

I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle... to join me in pushing for these reforms.
