Well, why wouldn't that--I mean, it is a public program. Why wouldn't that be--if we are looking at designs for greater efficiency in the delivery of services and lowering costs, it would seem to me that the amount of money that we spend each year would be readily available, because that would be an important number to either conclude that we are doing well with it or we need to do better.
