I am so encouraged by the direction this Congress is taking from a bipartisan perspective to push forward, quite righteously, the Social Security Fairness Act to eliminate WEP and GPO.

The Federal Government is part of a public-private partnership

It is Congress that is not fulfilling its mission to Social Security beneficiaries.

I think that would be a great public service the Congressional Budget Office could provide to the United States Congress
