I am so encouraged by the direction this Congress is taking from a bipartisan perspective to push forward, quite righteously, the Social Security Fairness Act to eliminate WEP and GPO.

We paid $400 billion down on the national debt. That kind of growth was only made possible by the investment that this Congress made in the American people and the growth of the American economy.

You know, it has long been known and long ignored that Social Security has a customer service problem.

Aren't you putting that very program at risk by not raising the debt ceiling?
