I think this is going to be the story of the beginning of the Trump administration, that everything was as extreme as it possibly could be, and the American people are not into extremism.

But we should not fall into that trap of stereotyping this whole city of hard-working good people who actually over years and years made this the safest big city in America.

We've got one chance. If we move too quick, we put 50,000 people in Yankee Stadium, and that's part of why you see a resurgence of the disease, that would be the worst of all worlds.
