I rise as the designee of the gentlelady from Florida (Ms. Castor) to offer an amendment that is satisfied by the preprinting requirement. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, after line 12, add the following: (d) Effective Date.--Subsections (a), (b), and (c) shall not take effect until the date that the Comptroller General of the United States determines there is no primary care physician shortage in the United States.
