I want my colleagues to understand, to say that you're not going to give them insurance, who do you think then pays for those uninsured? Who do you think then comes in and pays? It is your citizens in your towns, States, and cities. That's who pays for the uninsured and all of us who wind up footing the bill. You talk about responsibility. What about the responsibility not to pass the bill along to everyone else?
