I voted against it because I think there is a jurisdictional issue with the EPA, as they control emissions.

I do not take the responsibility to lead this agency and execute its mission lightly.

I do not think it is justified, and I think one of the things the agency has to do is consider risk.

It shouldn't take a Congressional hearing to get CPSC to do its job and prevent babies from dying.
