I am not sure we have seen evidence of that. Unfortunately, what we have seen is rising tensions between Washington and Pyongyang.

But I feel that what's happening now--the President and the administration are undermining diplomacy in North Korea, where it is needed more...

It is important to ensure that we get those resources to them in a timely fashion again to ensure survival and hopefully prospering.
