The conditions, the food conditions are horrible. We feel that they’re not getting medical services. We feel that they’re overcrowded, and they’re denied their fundamental rights.

When I came to this nation as a young, immigrant boy, I never could have imagined I would be a member of Congress.

I have a court order here that allows me to come in. I will go in because the Constitution protects me.

Our Capitol Police deserve more and I will continue to push @SpeakerJohnson until they get it.
