Nothing in this Act shall be construed to alter, impact, delay, or weaken-- (1) section 1402 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that reduces out-of-pocket costs and cost-sharing for individuals and families, (2) sections 1001 and 1401 of such Act that provide tax credits and rebates for health insurance, or (3) section 1201 of such Act that prohibits discrimination on the basis of pre-existing conditions and gender.
