I thank the gentleman for again sharing his very heartfelt remarks. This body tonight, it is very humbling to be here with each of the Members who have joined us, each one great in their own way. As one of the new Members here in this body, it gives me great pride to be a part of the Congressional Black Caucus and to know that each and every Member has made such significant contributions, not just to their districts, but to the entire country. I yield to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Rush).
