I want to laud her and the members of the Congressional Black Caucus for all of the tremendous work on behalf of our families, on behalf of children, on behalf of communities. I want to just point out one additional thing that Ms. Jackson Lee has worked on as the chair of the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security in the Judiciary Committee and for her tremendous leadership on this.
