I thank the gentlelady from California. It is now my privilege to yield to the gentlelady from New York, Representative Clarke, who continues to make her mark here in Congress. I am so honored to serve with her in this body. I continue to be in awe of how she engages her constituents, how she advocates on important legislation, and how she is advancing bold ideas to move our country forward. It has truly been an honor to learn from her as a freshman. I yield to the gentlelady from New York, Representative Yvette Clarke.
